As a concierge service, we cater to the serious buyer and streamline the buying experience. To accomplish this, we developed a simple yet powerful process that dramatically reduces miscommunication, eliminates guesswork and saves time-wasting visits to properties that are not on the mark ... the three complaints heard most from unhappy buyers.
Steps in the process
1. Concierge Agreement - No out-of-pocket cost to the buyer with a 48 exit clause if unhappy with the program
2. Complete a "Buyer Profile" - Approximately 30 minutes and establishes baseline for Property Scorecards
3. Begin the search process - Using the buyer profile team matches variables to inventory
4. Properties scoring over 85% are sent on to buyer
5. Buyer determines the worthiness of property - I preview those chosen and complete an On-Site Scorecard
6. Buyer reviews On-Site Scorecards and determines which they wish to personally visit
7. Field visits are performed until offer and contract is accepted
8, Closing
9. Buyer automatically becomes part of the "Adams Advantage" Referral Program
