Thank you for your interest in our one-of-a-kind "Buyer Concierge Program." We believe that specializing in the buy-side aspect of a real estate transaction provides a level of expertise that goes well beyond the typical transaction Realtor®. Although the program goes the extra mile, rest assured there are no out-of-pocket costs to you as our compensation is fully paid for by the seller.

To focus our efforts and provide a superior level of service the following parameters apply:    
  1. We only work with 8 to 10 buyers per year
  2. We use a proprietary "Property Scorecard System" that hones the search process
  3. We leverage our extensive experience as developers and builders to assess property opportunities 
  4. We intimately understand how to structure and negotiate deals
  5. We continually reward past clients who refer buyers or sellers to our firm
