Background
Mr. Adams (Bill), a successful Realtor®, developer and coach, offers to the real estate community his Adams Advantage™ program. Combining his broad-based knowledge of the real estate industry with his extensive corporate coaching experience, he offers this one-of-a-kind program for agents who wish to improve performance by “doing more with less.” Moreover, the desire on the part of an agent to optimize the time-to-results life cycle should be a motivating factor to chose this program.
Program Options
To better serve agents there are two distinct programs, each custom designed to serve a different agent profile.
The System
Bill utilizes his Value Component® Sales System to instruct agents on how to approach the sales process with a new perspective. Successfully applied for over twenty years, he understands how to work with both experienced and inexperienced sales people to push their talent envelope by leveraging the system. Designed to instill an unprecedented customer-connected mentality in agents, learning the system will forever alter the attitudes, behaviors and habits of an agent for achieving results – guaranteed! Hence, the system is a critical cog in the wheel of an agent's success as it provides a unique customer perspective that heighten agent sales skills.
The Platform
Agents are provided “FREE” access to Hubster™, a proprietary Customer Strategy Platform that guides the entire agent life-cycle from creating a business plan to customer acquisition and beyond. this cloud-based system serves two extremely important functions in the coaching process. First, it directly links coach and agent on a single real-time platform enhancing the collaborative process. Second, it provides the agent with a modern-day tool to help them develop, organize and execute on strategies to achieve goals - seamlessly. Hence, Hubster is a critical cog in the wheel of success as it uniquely links coach and agent and then guides agents to better manage their business.
The Style
The words diligent, confident and supportive best describes Bill’s style as a coach. After 25 years of coaching, he has learned what it takes to not only be a good instructor, but moreover, how to bridge the gap between agent success and failure. JumpStart™
Overview
JumpStart™ is purposed for agents with less than two years of experience seeking to ramp quickly. It is specifically designed to provide the necessary broad-based knowledge, skills and tools to compete against more well-established agents and to avoid being a statistic in the national dropout rate for new Realtors®.
To accomplish this end, the program offers a set of "Core" modules that agents are required to complete. Although shown as individual modules, they are not presented in any order but rather used in the aggregate to get agents up an running quickly. Beside instructing in team settings on each module, there are weekly one-on-one sessions with agents to discuss their field activity, provide overall guidance and mentor progress-to-goals. Occasionally, in-field visits with an agent will be planned to observe and provide feedback, if requested by an agent.

JumpStart™ Summary
JumpStart is broad-brushed approach providing early-entry agents with a solid sense of the business, JumpStart™ primary goal is to get agents in a position to compete. Attaining competency in the Core Modules is priority one. Agents can in the JumpStart™ program for up to one year after which they must move on to Propel™ in order to further advance their knowledge and skills.
Propel™
Overview
Propel™ is purposed for seasoned agents who want to restart their career, refresh their career or to simply enhance their already successful career. In all cases, under Propel™ agents desire a performance coach that will work hand-in-hand with them to achieve a state of “high performance.”
To accomplish this, the program offers a set of "Core" modules that agents are required to take. Beside the modules instruction, there will be one-on-one sessions with an agent to discuss their individual field challenges, provide performance guidance, monitor progress-to-goal and perform in-field assessments if needed. As a custom-tailored program, significantly more time is spent instructing agents on advanced techniques. This hands-on approach is required in order to help agents optimize their full op-side potential for achieving a “high performance.” state.

The Propel™ program is focused on elevating the game of experienced agents to a state of “High Performance.” The definition of what constitutes high performance varies from agent to agent, therefore, determining what it means to an agent is what drives the program.

Adams Advantage is not the same old same old program. It has been applied in many industries and all size companies with extraordinary success. Recently, it has been launched in the real estate business for agents to improve agent performance. To qualify, agents will complete an application form and then go through an in-person interview process to ensure that the goals of the agent meet the outcomes of the program.
