The Property Scorecard

Typically, the buyer/Realtor® relationship begins with some sort of Q&A session where general information is exchanged. From that point forward, the transaction Realtor® begins the search process attempting to match the buyer needs to available inventory. However, this process occurs with no formal mechanism to directly connect a Realtor® assessment of a property back to the buyer’s needs, and this often results in disconnected results.

What is the Scorecard

The Property Scorecard System™ is a proprietary approach to formally assess a property against a Buyer Profile. The Buyer Profile, completed early-on in the process, contains 32 variables related to Location, Condition and Timing. These are used as to establish the baseline for creating scorecards.

When are Scorecards Completed

1. A Search Scorecard is initially completed on those properties found in multiple listing and other sources. Those that score 85% or better are sent to a client for consideration.

2. An On-Site Scorecard is completed as the Realtor previews the property. Scorecards are then sent on to the buyer for review their review.

Why a Scorecard

In a nut shell, the Property Scorecard System™ establishes a context around which buyer/Realtor® can formally assess properties through a metric-based approach. Using the scorecard as the anchor to our concierge service, the buying experience is dramatically enhanced.
