The Property Scorecard
Typically, the buyer/Realtor® relationship begins with some sort of Q&A session where general information is exchanged. From that point forward, the transaction Realtor® begins the search process attempting to match the buyer needs to available inventory. However, this process occurs with no formal mechanism to directly connect a Realtor® assessment of a property back to the buyer’s needs, and this often results in disconnected results.
